NOVA: CHINESE CHARIOT REVEALED

1 X 60 PBS | ARTE | JSBC

This episode of PBS’ flagship science strand reveals the history and engineering behind the weapon that helped to unify China.  For over a thousand years, chariots thundered across China’s battlefields, dominating warfare far longer than anywhere else on Earth. Now a series of amazing archaeological discoveries, including whole chariots buried with their horses, has enabled a team of experts to probe the genius of China’s first super-weapon.

Working with world-renowned historians and experts we recreate and battle test a Chinese chariot in this action packed and dramatic documentary.
